Kristina Wright-Peterson, RN, MSN is a nurse and nonprofit leader, dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations and individuals strengthen their impact while navigating growth, transition, and complexity.
Kristina partners with organizations to build the systems, strategies, and leadership capacity needed to sustain meaningful work over the long term. Her approach blends practical operational expertise with a deep understanding of the human side of leadership—particularly in organizations that serve individuals and communities during vulnerable moments.
Kristina also works with individuals to serve as a thought-partner as they explore their personal and professional challenges, successes, and opportunities for growth.
Kristina is also a speaker and facilitator, leading workshops and educational sessions on topics such as grief support, leadership resilience, nonprofit sustainability, and building compassionate communities.
Kristina currently serves as the Executive Director of the Minnesota Network of Hospice and Palliative Care, where she works closely with healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders to advance high-quality care and support for individuals facing serious illness, death, and grief. Through this work, she has developed a strong reputation for collaborative leadership, thoughtful problem solving, and bringing diverse stakeholders together around shared goals.
