Kristina Wright-Peterson, RN, MSN is a nurse,  nonprofit leader, strategist, and advisor dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations and individuals strengthen their impact while navigating growth, transition, and complexity.
 

With experience in nonprofit leadership, healthcare, and organizational development, Kristina partners with organizations to build the systems, strategies, and leadership capacity needed to sustain meaningful work over the long term. Her approach blends practical operational expertise with a deep understanding of the human side of leadership—particularly in organizations that serve individuals and communities during vulnerable moments.
Kristina also works with individuals to serve as a thought-partner as they explore their personal and professional challenges, successes, and opportunities for growth.

In addition to her leadership role, Kristina provides support to nonprofit organizations and mission-driven teams seeking to strengthen strategy, navigate leadership transitions, and build operational sustainability. Her work often focuses on helping organizations maintain stability and momentum during periods of change—ensuring that their mission and impact remain strong.
 

Kristina is also a speaker and facilitator, leading workshops and educational sessions on topics such as grief support, leadership resilience, nonprofit sustainability, and building compassionate communities.
